This is an older model I never had time to finish off.
Its inspired from a concept sketch of a lion head I once saw, sadly I havent been able to find the image after that but I had this image in my head since.

Base cage modeled in 3dsmax, detailed in Mudbox, textures made in Photoshop and then rendered with mentalray.
